This place is top notch - exactly the kind of undiscovered little gem you always hope you stumble across. Prices are modest. We’d have missed it but for an unassuming sign directing you off the the main drag in Rivesaltes. The setting is more like Shoreditch or Hoxton than France, set in an old warehouse with a courtyard. The decor has an industrial feel that is cool and relaxed. The food was fantastic. They make a point of sourcing local ingredients. We had chicken salads which were sumptuous and hearty. The bread was homemade and not baguette (they dare to be different!) which we enjoyed. They specialise in beef and the many cuts and tartare looked mouthwatering. It was a hot day and we couldn’t face dessert - which is to our shame, but the ones we saw served to others looked lush! I would go back to Rivesaltes just to try more from their menu.

I went there with my partner during a visit. The dishes are very generous. We had the braised ham and coustellous. the meat is neither fatty nor dry. Very good product. Very warm welcome and very good service.

And to think that I live a few minutes from this wonder and that I didn't know it existed.Exceptional for those who love meat. Only local products of excellent quality. Everything is homemade, the pieces of beef are cut on site as soon as they come out of the maturation chamber. Friendly setting and attentive staff.I recommend without any hesitation.
